Brian K. Mifsud, President
Brian spent nearly 15 years in Detroit employed at the ExxonMobil Woodhaven, Michigan Terminal, successfully managing the terminal, drivers, and fleet. He was responsible for the safe and on-time delivery of more than 360 million gallons of fuel annually. Brian has come home to his roots after working for ExxonMobil in the West Coast the past 5 years where he managed all terminals in Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona. Brian won numerous fleet awards with ExxonMobil while successfully managing one of the largest and most difficult fleets in the US. Brian brings tremendous strength to Fuels Transportation, Inc. as an owner. He has demonstrated more than 20 years of exemplary compliance and safety in a rigorous transportation environment. Brian is a member of various boards including the Detroit Oil Mens Club, and sits on the board of directors of the Michigan Petroleum Association.


Bill Saad, CEO. With over 25 years experience in the fuels industry, Bill has a passion and tremendous knowledge of this business. He is also CEO of Michigan Fuels, Inc. (www.michiganfuels.com) a large fuels distributor (Mobil, Exxon, Marathon, Valero) in the Midwest. He is majority partner in Ocean Pacific Fuels, Inc. (www.opfuelsinc.com) a fuels distributor in California.

Charles A. Viane, CFO. Chuck has been involved in the Financial Services Industry for over 35 years. His major emphasis has been working with owners/entrepreneurs of small and medium sized businesses (in most industry categories) with planning and implementation of financial structures to meet strategic goals and objectives. He has also worked with executive management teams of public and private multi-national companies with emphasis on international financial accommodations. Chuck has an undergraduate degree in Marketing and an MBA in Finance from Michigan State University.

John Sullivan, Manager of Fleet Operations and Product Distribution
John has spent 19 years in the field of Tank Truck operations. His experience was developed as he was a top performing employee with Mobil Oil and ExxonMobil. In addition, he has extensive Hazardous Material training and was a member of a Hazardous Material Recovery Team for 10 years. Our process for success at Fuels Transportation Inc revolves around developing consistency for our well trained work force and dedication to customer satisfaction. With well over 100 locations, John manages product inventories and deliveries for commercial accounts and consumer Gas Station outlets. In a business environment that gets more challenging by the minute, John and our Tank Truck Fleet are there to meet that challenge one safe mile at a time.

Ken Dupie, Fleet Compliance & Safety
Ken comes to Fuels Transportation, Inc. with 34 years experience in the trucking industry. Prior to joining Fuels Transportation, Inc. he was employed by ExxonMobil for 10 years. Ken worked out of the Woodhaven, Michigan Terminal in fleet management and customer relations. Ken was directly responsible for all fleet and personnel training including communications and safety. Ken also trains and implements all standards required by the Department of Transportation. Ken recently received a perfect audit from the Federal Department of Transportation.

Joseph A. Mead, Security & Governmental Compliance
Joseph A. Mead has 32 years experience in the Transportation, Logistics and Security fields. Joe retired from Mobil Oil Corporation in 2000 as the Michigan Facilities and Exchange Operations Manager within Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. In this position he was responsible for the Transportation and Governmental Compliance for all proprietary fleet and common carrier drivers and vehicles. Presently, Joe is President of Freedom Security, LLC and is a certified Michigan District Court Officer working for the 28th District Court in Southgate, Michigan. In addition, Joe serves as the Security and Governmental Compliance Officer for Fuels Transportation, Inc. His tenure and experience is unmatched in the Transportation and Logistics industry.



Kathy Murphy - Accounts Receivable Analyst. Kathy has many years experience in the fuel industry and is our Accounts Receivable Analyst. She is responsible for all billing, including customer account activity, and handling the billing for Fuels Transportation Inc. As an analyst Kathy monitors the transportation side for fuel purchases and maintenance of the vehicles in our fleet.

Lori Holder - Accounts Payable Analyst. Lori is responsible for our accounts payable department. She handles paying the bills for Fuels Transportation Inc., processing all credit card payments, city and state permits and insurance. Lori is part of the customer problems resolution team and is instrumental in working to reach resolutions for our clients.
